StreamSafe is a family-focused streaming experience designed to provide a safe, curated way to watch approved YouTube content. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded. This Privacy Policy describes how StreamSafe handles information when you use our mobile application and related services.

- Your Google email address
- Your profile image (if available)
We do not receive access to your Gmail, contacts, files, calendar, or any other data. Google authentication is handled securely through Google OAuth, and we do not see or store your Google password.

- Your email address (or Apple’s private relay email, if you choose to hide your email)
Apple Sign In is handled securely by Apple. We do not receive or store your Apple ID or password.
To improve reliability and performance, we may collect limited, non-personal information such as:
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- Basic error or crash logs
- Non-identifying usage metrics (e.g., which screens are opened)
This information does not identify you personally.
StreamSafe does not collect:
- Financial information
- Location data
- Contact lists
- Browsing history
- Health information
- Biometric identifiers
- User-generated content
- Authenticate your account using Google or Apple
- Provide access to curated YouTube content
- Maintain account preferences
- Improve app features, stability, and performance
We do not:
- Sell your data
- Use your data for targeted advertising
- Share your data with third-party marketers
Your information is used only to support the functionality of StreamSafe.
StreamSafe uses YouTube Data API Services to retrieve public video metadata, thumbnails, and information about approved YouTube channels. We do not upload content or post on your behalf, collect YouTube account details, or modify your YouTube activity or history.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
- Secure authentication processes for Google and Apple
- No storage of OAuth passwords
- Limited retention of anonymized diagnostic logs
If you delete your account in the app, your profile data, channel lists, PIN, and identifiers are removed from our systems. On iPhone, tap Delete account on the subscription screen, or after signing in open Menu → Profile → Delete Account. On the website, open Menu → Profile → Delete Account.
StreamSafe is designed for families, but account login is intended for parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account without permission, contact us and we will remove the information promptly.
StreamSafe integrates with:
- Google OAuth for authentication
- Apple Sign In for authentication
- YouTube Data API for video metadata
- Supabase for account profiles, preferences, and subscription status
- RevenueCat for App Store / Play Store in-app purchases and entitlements
- Stripe for web billing checkout and customer portal (web only)
These services receive only the data needed to provide authentication, subscription access, and video metadata. They follow their own privacy policies and terms. StreamSafe does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or marketing trackers, and does not sell personal data.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request deletion of your data
- Request access to information we store
- Request corrections to inaccurate information
To delete your StreamSafe account and associated personal data from inside the app, go to Menu → Profile → Delete Account (or tap Delete account on the iPhone subscription screen). If you cannot sign in, email streamsafetvinfo@gmail.com.
